This Privacy Policy explains how LastSold collects, uses, and protects information when you use the LastSold mobile app or website.

Information We Collect

LastSold may process photos you choose to capture or upload, card search queries, selected card attributes such as variant or condition, app diagnostics, device information, purchase or subscription status, and support messages you send to us.

How We Use Information

We use information to identify cards, show relevant market data, operate subscriptions, improve reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the security of the service.

Third-Party Services

LastSold may use service providers for hosting, analytics, crash diagnostics, payment and subscription management, and marketplace data. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to LastSold.

Photos and Card Data

Photos are used to support card recognition and lookup. Avoid including personal information in photos. We may retain limited diagnostic data to improve recognition quality and app performance.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are handled through Apple and subscription infrastructure providers. LastSold does not receive your full payment card number.

Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information associated with your LastSold use. You can also manage app permissions such as camera access in your device settings.

Children

LastSold is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
