These Terms govern your use of LastSold. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Market Data

LastSold provides card lookup, recent sales, and marketplace information for convenience. Market data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by listing quality, card condition, regional demand, fees, shipping, and other factors. LastSold is not financial advice, appraisal advice, or a guarantee of sale value.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer non-public systems, upload unlawful content, or use LastSold in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Subscriptions

If LastSold offers paid subscriptions, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through Apple App Store purchase settings unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Apple Terms

For iOS distribution, Apple's standard licensed application terms apply where required by App Store distribution, unless LastSold provides a separate end-user license agreement in the app listing.

Intellectual Property

LastSold and its original content, design, software, and branding are owned by LastSold or its licensors. Third-party card names, images, trademarks, and marketplace names belong to their respective owners.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of LastSold as the product evolves.

Disclaimer

LastSold is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free market information.
